DAVID J. FARLING
David J. Farling was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1960. He graduated magna cum laude from York College in 1982 and the University of Santa Clara Law School in 1986. He has been the recipient of scholastic honors including Outstanding Young Man of America Award (1979, 1980, 1981), Outstanding College Graduate Award (1982), Who's Who Among College Senior Award (1982), and the Student Senate Service Award (1982). He was admitted to the California Bar in 1986, and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He is a member of the American, California, and Santa Clara County Bar Associations. His professional memberships include the American Trial Lawyers Association and the California Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Farling's practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury.

ROGER D. HECHT
Roger D. Hecht was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1953. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn College in 1976 and attended the University of Santa Clara School of Law as a recipient of the Ann Hannon Smith Scholarship for academic excellence. He graduated in 1984 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. His professional memberships include the California State Bar, the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and the California Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Hecht has a general trial practice emphasizing personal injury, criminal defense, and general business and civil litigation.

TODD KAMBER DAVIS
Todd Davis was born in Santa Clara, California in 1968. He graduated from Pitzer College of Claremont in 1990 and from Willamette University College of Law in 1993. He was admitted to the California State bar in December of 1993, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court of California, Northern District. His practice includes civil litigation and criminal defense.
